What does my warranty cover?

Warranty will be on the product due to manufacturing defects commencing from the date of purchase.

Who do I contact if my pump needs servicing (both under warranty and or past warranty period)?

Klang Valley area :

  • For Home Water Pump within Klang Valley area - You may call or WhatsApp to our Outdoor Service Hotline @ 017-215 0770

  • In order for our outdoor service team to serve you better, please have the following information ready when calling.

    • Pump Model

    • Date of Purchase

    • Technical Issue detail

Outstation area:

  • For others Potenza Pump products series included Home Water Pump for outstation area - Please approach to your nearest Potenza Pump Authotized Dealer for further assistance. 

Online Marketplace:

  • For those Potenza Pump product bought it via online marketplace like "Lazada, Shopee or Mudah.com" included Home water Pump Series - please approach to the seller for the arrangement.
